Terms of Use
These Terms explain how buyers, sellers, and visitors may use HCtrade for Korean used vehicle listings, local vehicle listings, quotations, invoices, electronic contracts, and export-related coordination.
1. Scope of service
HCtrade provides vehicle listing, quotation, invoice, contract, export coordination, and buyer-seller communication tools. HCtrade is not a bank, escrow provider, insurance provider, customs broker, or legal adviser unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
2. Account registration and accuracy
You must provide accurate name, email, country, phone number, and account information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Buyer and seller responsibilities
Buyers must review vehicle information, quotation terms, payment instructions, import requirements, and destination rules before payment. Sellers must provide truthful vehicle information, photos, ownership details, and contact information.
4. Listings are not final offers
Vehicle listings are prepared from available market data, photos, seller information, inspection data, and third-party source information. A listing may change or become unavailable. Final price, availability, export route, destination charges, and document scope are confirmed only through an official quotation, invoice, or signed contract.
5. Quotations, invoices, and contracts
A quotation or proforma invoice is prepared for review before payment. If an electronic contract is used, the contract terms, vehicle information, payment terms, cancellation terms, and buyer signature form the transaction record for that vehicle.
6. Payment and bank transfer safety
Unless separately agreed, payment is made by bank transfer only. Buyers must verify bank details through HCtrade official channels before sending funds. HCtrade is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect, spoofed, or unauthorized accounts caused by buyer error, phishing, or third-party fraud.
7. Vehicle condition and used-car nature
Used vehicles may have normal wear, cosmetic marks, previous repairs, and age-related conditions. Material differences are reviewed based on listing data, photos, mileage, options, inspection information, and contract terms available before payment.
8. Shipping, customs, and local import rules
Shipping schedules, transit times, vessel availability, port charges, customs rules, taxes, and registration requirements may change. HCtrade may coordinate export-side documents and guidance, but local import clearance, taxes, registration, and legal compliance remain the buyer's responsibility unless separately agreed in writing.
9. Cancellation and refund framework
Before deposit, cancellation is generally free. After deposit but before vehicle purchase, refund may be possible excluding bank fees and incurred costs. After vehicle purchase, cancellation is generally not possible unless the vehicle materially differs from the contract and HCtrade approves replacement or refund review.
10. Prohibited use
You may not misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy data without permission, interfere with security, impersonate others, or use HCtrade for unlawful trade, sanctions violations, fraud, or misleading activity.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HCtrade is not liable for indirect losses, market price changes, third-party platform errors, shipping delays, customs decisions, banking delays, or buyer import compliance issues. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Updates and contact
HCtrade may update these Terms as the website, mobile app, seller tools, contract flow, or export process changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. For questions, contact HCtrade through the official website or listed email.
