These terms explain how buyers may use HCtrade while reviewing Korean used vehicle listings, requesting quotations, and preparing export transactions.
Account responsibility
You must provide accurate account information, keep your password private, and use your account only for lawful vehicle export inquiries.
Listings and quotations
Vehicle listings are prepared from available market information, photos, and inspection details. Final price, availability, shipping cost, and document scope are confirmed only through an official quotation or proforma invoice.
Payment and export booking
Vehicle purchase and export booking may begin after the agreed advance payment is received. Payment instructions must be verified through HCtrade official channels before transfer.
Shipping and documents
Shipping schedules, transit times, customs requirements, and document availability can change by vessel, port, and destination rules. HCtrade coordinates export-side documents and guidance, while local import clearance remains the buyer's responsibility unless separately agreed.
