We may collect your name, email, country, account status, inquiry details, saved vehicles, quotation history, and communication preferences.

We use data to create accounts, verify email ownership, respond to vehicle inquiries, prepare quotations, manage invoices, and improve service quality.
Authentication and security
Email verification and passwords are handled through Supabase Auth. HCtrade does not store plain-text passwords in application code.
Communication and retention
If you contact HCtrade through WhatsApp, email, or phone, communication records may be kept to support quotations, export documents, and customer service. You may ask HCtrade to review, correct, or delete account data where legally possible.
